You know that happy place you go whenever you have a really good idea? The type where you jump up and down, start talking faster and louder, wildly scribble notes and relating thoughts on a scrap of paper and immediately start working on making the amazing thought you just had into reality?

Yeah, it’s pretty sweet.

Wouldn’t it be neat to feel awesomely inspired like that all the time?

Not sure if ‘always’ is a feasible goal here, but I do think there are tons of small things you can do on a daily base to feel more inspired, at the very least.

Curious? Watch the video on how to feel inspired all year long!

I just explained what helps me feel inspired. Please tell me: what makes you feel inspired?

PS. In case you missed it, here is a link to the video I refer to on how to stop procrastinating and the step-by-step plan to reach any creative goal.

THIS video inspired me this morning, along with your efforts to shift from negative thoughts to those of creativity and joy. I relocated recently and have struggled with loneliness, truly falling prey to it this past summer. Your blog has been an encouragement and its own source of ‘company’ for me, because you’re open about feeling stuck creatively, experiences with rejection, etc. Marielle, I’m excited by how your blog is growing!

I feel you! I have moved countless times in my life and it’s tough to start over and make new friends in a place where you don’t know anyone. Also, I think loneliness is a universal emotion that we all experience from time to time, even if you are surrounded by great friends and family. Have you seen this video? I think it’s beautiful: https://youtu.be/k7X7sZzSXYs
