Today I woke up early to catch a train. The morning sun and fog created an almost magical effect.
Fog Train 1
Fog Train 2
Fog Train 3
Fog Train 4
Fog Train 5
Fog Train 6
Fog Train 7
Fog Train 8
Sometimes I like trains. They give me a window to sit still and think. Sometimes I need that.

The fog in my mind started to clear as the sun rose. So did the actual fog.

There are some deserted rail road tracks on the outskirts of town.. my favorite place to sit, to think, to write.

    These photos are beautiful.

Beautiful photographs. Fog is so atmospheric. I love travelling by train too, it’s very soothing.

@ Amber Rose: I can imagine :) (These weren’t so deserted though)

    @Cosmia: True.

@ Suzy: Thanks! haha yeah.. it might not have made total sense..

@ NikkiJoy: Thanks! It’s weird how you just can’t see far wih fog.. that you have no idea what’s behind the tree or house..

@ Lesley: True :) As with seeing the beauty in many things..

I love fog! I’ve really only ever been on a train in Germany, so I always think wonderful things when I think of riding on one!

Beautiful pictures! I love trains, I love the sound of a train, it’s calming in a way! And is there a better spot for thinking? :)
