Monday Anne and I hopped over to our neighboring country Belgium and visited Antwerp. We ate Belgian waffles, nearly were stuck in Antwerp forever because we wanted to live happily ever after in the cutest fabric store I’ve ever seen, visited cool vintage clothing stores, drooled over delicious cupcakes, retained ourselves from buying up a whole cupcake supply store, danced with Belgians to live folk music (haha or at least something resembling an attempt to dance moves), saw the Antwerp MUSTACHE CLUB (aaah so cool! First we wanted to join it, but in the end starting our own girls-only-mustache club seemed like a better idea), slept in the most charming little hotel, had dinner on the rooftop of a restaurant next to the cathedral, talked about future dreams and had the best time.

Anne, I love spending time with you and having you as my friend, going on adventures together, eating way too much food without feeling guilty about it and having similar love for creating things and an odd sense of humor. You are awesome!
Apparently it was some sort of national holiday, so the city centre was packed and the atmosphere was great. A video impression:
This was my final post on our week together, for the rest of our week see:
